A request is sent, answered and confirmed inside one working day.

Short answerSend the request form with your route code, departure date and group size. A coordinator replies by email or phone within one working day, checks seat availability on that departure, and holds the places for 48 hours. A UAH 1 500 deposit confirms the booking and the balance is paid to the driver on Sunday.

From route list to confirmed seats

Five steps, no account, no card. You choose a weekend route, we check seats, and confirmation reaches you by phone or email within one business day.

    Compare every departure in the route ledger, where each row carries the same four columns: transport mode and time, nights, max group, price from.

    Choose a weekend

    Departures are fixed Friday to Sunday, with published departure and return times for each route. Groups are capped at 12.

    Send a request

    Use the request form, write to contact@chronoshifted.com, or call +380 970 342 1991.

    Get confirmed

    We reply within one business day with the seat count, the exact UAH total, and any Comfort or Private supplement.

    Pay the deposit on the day

    No online payment is collected and no account is created. Deposit and cancellation lines sit in booking terms and cancellation.

Deposit, cancellation and force majeure

A seat on any weekend route is held by deposit, and the balance is settled before departure. No online payment is collected at any point.

Deposit per seat
1,500 UAH per traveller, deducted from the route price. Comfort and Private supplements are quoted separately and added to the balance due before departure.
Cancellation by you
Free up to 7 days before departure, with the deposit refunded in full. Between 7 days and 72 hours the deposit moves to any other dated departure within 90 days. Under 72 hours the deposit is retained.
Cancellation by us
If a route falls below 4 confirmed seats we cancel it and return every deposit within 5 working days.
Force majeure
Extended curfews, rail cancellations, road closures or official travel advisories can force a route to be rerouted, shortened or postponed. In those cases you choose a full deposit refund or a free move to any later departure.
Date changes
One free date change per booking, requested at least 72 hours before departure.
Travel insurance
Insurance is not included in any route price and is not required to book. We recommend a policy covering medical costs, trip interruption and luggage, and we are glad to share the cover checklist we ask travellers to check with their insurer.

Deposit amounts, cancellation windows and group caps are confirmed in writing by email before any payment is made.

Questions before you book

Fixed Friday-to-Sunday departures across central and western Ukraine, groups capped at 12, and no payment collected online. The answers below cover timing, confirmation and cancellations.

When does a weekend departure start and end?

Departures open on Friday and close on Sunday. Rail and road routes leave Kyiv and Lviv between 15:30 and 18:00, and the vehicle returns you between 20:00 and 22:00 on Sunday. Exact times sit on each route row in the ledger at routes.

How is a booking confirmed?

Send the request form from the home page. A manager replies by email or phone with the departure slot, remaining seat count and the final price in hryvnia, usually within one working day. Nothing is charged online; the balance is settled before boarding, and seats hold for 24 hours after confirmation.

How many people travel in one group?

Groups are capped at 12 travellers, and that cap is printed on every route row. When fewer than 4 seats remain for a date, the row marks it with an amber status dot.

What do the Comfort and Private supplements cover?

Comfort adds single-room occupancy and front-row seating for a fixed supplement. Private reserves the whole vehicle or a full guide day for your group alone. Both are quoted in UAH on top of the from-price and do not change after confirmation.

Can I cancel or move my dates?

Cancellations eight or more days before the Friday refund the deposit in full. Between eight days and 72 hours, half of it is retained. Inside 72 hours the deposit is not refundable, though dates can still be moved where seats allow. Full wording appears in our cancellation terms.

Where do the routes actually run?

Only in central and western Ukraine, along rail and road corridors reachable from Kyiv and Lviv inside one night. We check official advisories before every departure and reschedule or refund if a corridor is affected.
