Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective as of the date of purchase. Governs all bookings and orders on chronoshifted.com.

1. General Provisions

This policy is issued by chronoshifted.com, LLC, EDRPOU 42656790, Business Center 'Horizon', 12 Khreshchatyk Street, Office 305, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. It applies to all services and digital products on chronoshifted.com. Governed by the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 and the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.

2. Cancellation Windows & No-Show

Cancel without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start or before delivery. Later cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the price. Digital products cannot be cancelled after download unless defective. No-shows are not eligible for refund but may be offered a credit or reschedule at our discretion.

3. Refund Eligibility & Operator Cancellations

Refunds are issued if you cancel within the allowed window, if we cancel for any reason, if the service is not as described, or if a digital product is defective. Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or free reschedule.

4. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, epidemics, government actions). We will offer a refund or credit.

5. How to Request Changes or Refunds

Before booking, email contact@chronoshifted.com or call +380 970 342 1991 with your order number. We respond within 2 business days.

6. Dispute Resolution

Contact us first. If unresolved, file a complaint with the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, 1 B. Hrinchenka Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. Per the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 and the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.
