Terms of Service

1. Booking Conditions
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment and written confirmation. You must provide accurate personal details and comply with local travel requirements (passport, visa, health). We may refuse a booking if requirements are not met.
2. Itinerary & Inclusions
Itineraries are as accurate as possible but may change due to weather, traffic, or local conditions. Inclusions and exclusions are listed per tour. Any item not expressly included is excluded.
3. Payment & Changes
Prices are in the currency shown at checkout. Cancellations and changes are subject to the policy of each service provider. If we cancel for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund. See our Return/Refund Policy.
4. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits rights under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.
6. Dispute Resolution
Contact us first at contact@chronoshifted.com. If unresolved, you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, 01001, Kyiv, 1 B. Hrinchenka Street, or to the courts of Ukraine. We comply with Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.
